You may access Services via your authorized wallet and understand that access is restricted to wallet owners. You are responsible for securing your account and must notify us of unauthorized access immediately. If you wish to delete your account, please contact us for assistance.

Access Rights: You have a non-exclusive right to use the Services according to these Terms, and we retain all rights to the Services, including intellectual property.
Feedback: Any feedback you provide may be used by us without compensation.

Billing: Fees are charged as per the pricing terms on the platform, payable in U.S. dollars. Non-refundable fees are final upon transaction completion.
Taxes: You are responsible for applicable taxes and ensuring your account registration information is current.
Price Changes: Fee changes take effect 14 days after notice, except for legal or ancillary reasons, which apply immediately.
Disputes: Contact us within 30 days for fee disputes. Late fees may result in service suspension.
5. Confidentiality, Security, and Data Protection
Confidentiality: You may not share Aiden’s nonpublic information with third parties, except under specific conditions.
Protection: You must secure your account and immediately report vulnerabilities. You accept responsibility for maintaining your account security.
6. Risks
Using Services involves risks associated with digital assets, which are highly volatile. Aiden is not responsible for price fluctuations, losses, or damages, nor does Aiden provide financial, legal, or tax advice.
7. Indemnification and Disclaimers
Indemnity: You will defend and hold Aiden harmless against claims arising from your use of the Services.

8. Dispute Resolution
You agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration in Abu Dhabi, UAE, waiving the right to a jury trial and class action. Exceptions include individual claims in small claims court.
